Creamy Ham And Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Gram
  Mushrooms 185 Gram, sliced
  Butter 15 Gram
  Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken 1⁄2 Small, crumbled
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ham 200 Gram, chopped
  Pepper red 1 Medium, thinly sliced
Directions

1.Melt butter in frying pan, add mushrooms, stir constantly over medium heat for about 3 minutes or until mushrooms are soft.
Remove mushrooms from pan.
2.Add extra butter to the same pan, stir in flour and stock cube, stir constantly over medium heat for about 1 minute or until mixture is bubbly.
Stir in milk, cream and wine, stir constantly over high heat until sauce mixture boils and thickens.
3.Stir in ham, mushrooms and pepper, cook for about 3 minutes to heat through.
Serve over hot pasta.
