Dark Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Dark chocolate 4 Ounce (125 Gram Of Best Quality, With 70% Cocoa Solids)
  Milk 3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)
  Whipping cream 4 Tablespoon
  Caster sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Unsalted butter 3⁄4 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces
Directions

Chop the chocolate using a knife or food processor and place in a heatproof bowl.
Put the milk, cream and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil.
Pour onto the chopped chocolate, whisking briskly.
Add the butter piece by piece and mix to a smooth, shiny sauce.
