Dark Chocolate Sauce
|Dark chocolate||4 Ounce (125 Gram Of Best Quality, With 70% Cocoa Solids)|
|Milk||3 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter)|
|Whipping cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Caster sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted butter||3⁄4 Tablespoon, cut into small pieces|
Chop the chocolate using a knife or food processor and place in a heatproof bowl.
Put the milk, cream and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil.
Pour onto the chopped chocolate, whisking briskly.
Add the butter piece by piece and mix to a smooth, shiny sauce.
