Mackerel In Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Dressed mackerel 2 1⁄2 Pound (1 Fish)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, divided
  Dijon mustard 1 3⁄4 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 2 Teaspoons)
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Freshly ground pepper to taste To Taste
Directions

In bowl cover fish with water.
Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt; let stand 15 minutes.
Drain and dry fish.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Spread over fish.
Loosely wrap fish in foil or parchment paper; place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F.
for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily at the touch of a fork.
Divide evenly.
