|Processed american cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place the cheese in a double boiler.
As soon as it melts, stir in the milk.
Serve with broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
