Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put raisins and hot water in medium saucepan.
Let stand 1 hour.
Stir in brown sugar and cornstarch.
Add water, vinegar and mustard.
Heat and stir over medium heat until boiled and thickened.
Serve with ham.
Makes 2 cups (500 ml_).
