Chicken With Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 7 Ounce (200 Gram)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Cream sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Chicken stock 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Cream 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 2 Ounce (65 Milliliter)
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Sea salt To Taste
Directions

1. Combine the flour, pepper & salt in a bowl and coat the chicken evenly with the flour, shaking off the excess.
2. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add the chicken, and cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes each side. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
3. Basil Cream Sauce: Wipe out the pan, heat the butter, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock, cream and lemon juice, bring to boil and reduce a little.
4. Just before serving, add the basil season with pepper & salt, and serve the sauce with the chicken.
