Lasagne with Meat Sauce
|Lasagne||8 Ounce, uncooked|
|Ground beef chuck||1 Pound|
|Spaghetti sauce||32 Ounce (3.5 Cups)|
|Ricotta cheese||30 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
Cook lasagne according to package directions about 10 minutes; drain.
Microwave beef in large micro-proof bowl on medium-high (2/3 power) for 4 to 5 minutes or until browned; drain.
Add spaghetti sauce; cover.
Microwave on high (full power) for 4 to 5 minutes or until hot.
Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.
Pour 1 cup meat sauce on bottom of 11x7-inch micro-proof baking dish; arrange layer of lasagne (3 noodles) over sauce.
Spread 1/2 of cheese filling over noodles; cover with 1 cup sauce.
Repeat layer of lasagne, cheese filling and 1 cup sauce.
Top with layer of lasagne and remaining sauce.
Microwave on medium-high, covered with wax paper, for 13 to 15 minutes or until hot.
Let stand, covered with aluminum foil, for 10 minutes before serving.
