|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Chili sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Crunchy peanut butter/No added salt||5 Tablespoon|
|Water||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Low fat yogurt||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
Cook garlicand onion in a non-stick trypan until onion softens.
Add chilli sauce, peanut butter and water.
Mix well to combine and bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in yoghurt and season to taste with pepper.
