Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Crunchy peanut butter/No added salt 5 Tablespoon
  Water 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Low fat yogurt 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook garlicand onion in a non-stick trypan until onion softens.
Add chilli sauce, peanut butter and water.
Mix well to combine and bring to a gentle boil.
Stir in yoghurt and season to taste with pepper.
