Pork Chops With Kiwi Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops/Rib chops 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine/Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Kiwi 1 , peeled and sliced
Directions

Cook pork in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown; drain.
Sprinkle with salt.
Mix wine, brown sugar and lime juice; pour over pork.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove pork to warm platter; keep warm.
Mix cornstarch and water; gradually stir into skillet.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Stir in kiwi; pour over pork.
