Mustard Sauce For Vegetables
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine margarine and mustard in top of double boiler and heat over boiling water to melt margarine.
Stir in flour; cook about 1 minute.
Add water; cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Season to taste.
