Medium White Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a 2-cup glass measure micro-melt the butter 30 to 40 seconds.
With rubber scraper blend in flour, salt, and pepper; stir in milk till well blended.
Micro-cook, uncovered, 1 minute; stir.
Micro-cook till thickened and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes; stir thoroughly every 30 seconds, scraping bottom and sides of cup to remove all lumps.
