Hot And Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned diced tomatoes in juice 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Hot red pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Canned chopped ripe olives 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
Directions

In a large skillet, heat the oil and saute the garlic and anchovy until the garlic is golden.
Stir in the tomatoes with their liquid and red pepper flakes to taste.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer, partially covered, for 40 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the olives and capers.
