Shrimp In Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Enriched flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Shredded sharp process american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked cleaned shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 1/2 Pounds Shrimp In Shell)
  Frozen peas 5 Ounce, cooked, drained (1/2 Of 10 Ounce Package, 1 Cup)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Toast cups 6
Directions

Melt butter in blazer pan of chafing dish, or in skillet.
Blend in flour.
Add milk gradually and cook till thick, stirring constantly.
Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add cheese; stir till melted.
Add shrimp, peas, and lemon juice.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve in Toast Cups or other shells.
