Bow Tie Noodles With Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 3⁄4 Pound
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄4 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 2 Pound (2 Cans, 1 Pound Each, 4 Cups)
  Tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Cans, 6 Ounce Each, 1 1/3 Cups)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bow tie noodles 6 Ounce, cooked and drained (3 Cups, Farfalline)
Directions

Lightly brown ground beef and sausage.
Add onion, celery, and garlic; cook till tender but not brown.
Pour off excess fat.
Add tomatoes and tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and seasonings.
Cover; simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over hot noodles, saving some "bow ties" for border and center trim; sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese.
