Horseradish Cream Sauce

|Thick cream||300 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Beat cream until soft peaks form.
Stir in combined lemon juice, horseradish and mustard.
Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
