Basic White Sauce

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Use 1 Tablespoon For Thin Sauce; Use 1 1/2 Tablespoons For Thick Sauce)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine flour and cornstarch.
In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour mixture, and add milk gradually, stirring with a wire whisk to prevent lumps.
Cook until thickened.
Salt to taste.
