Basic White Sauce
|Whole wheat flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Use 1 Tablespoon For Thin Sauce; Use 1 1/2 Tablespoons For Thick Sauce)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine flour and cornstarch.
In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour mixture, and add milk gradually, stirring with a wire whisk to prevent lumps.
Cook until thickened.
Salt to taste.
