|Unbleached white flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tamari||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||8 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Hot pepper sauce||3 Drop (A Few Drops)|
In a medium-sized saucepan, melt butter or margarine, then stir in flour, dry mustard and salt. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Slowly add milk, stirring briskly to avoid lumps. Add tamari and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Stir in shredded cheese and hot pepper sauce. Cook until cheese is melted.
