Ingredients
  Onion 55 Gram
  White wine/Fish liquor 300 Milliliter
  Melted butter 55 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Simmer finely minced onion in wine or fish liquor.
2. Add butter and mix thoroughly, season to taste.
3. Stir in parsley and lime juice.
