Ingredients
  Fish roe 15 Gram
  Butter 20 Gram
  Refined flour 20 Gram
  Fish stock 300 Milliliter
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (To Taste)
  Cream 75 Milliliter
Directions

1. Wash roe. Pound with butter and pass through a hair sieve.
2. Make sauce with this butter, flour and stock.
3. Boil well and add lemon juice, cayenne and salt to taste.
4. Tammy. Reheat and add cream.
