Simple Brown Sauce

Ingredients
  Refined flour 20 Gram
  Onions 115 Gram
  Fat 20 Gram
  Tomato 50 Gram
  Carrot 20 Gram
  Stock 590 Milliliter
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat fat. Fry onions till brown and crisp.
2. Add flour and brown.
3. Add stock, chopped tomato, carrot. Season. Cook till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
4. Press through a sieve.
