Ham Steak With Raisin Sauce
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Currant jelly||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice||1 Dash|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ham steak||1 Pound (1 Inch Thick)|
In glass bowl, combine water, raisins, jelly, orange peel and allspice.
Heat at high3 to 4 minutes; stir once.
Blend cornstarch with orange juice.
Stir into sauce.
Heat at high1 minute, or until sauce is thickened; stir once.
In oblong baking dish, heat ham at high6 to 7 minutes, turning ham over.
Pour raisin sauce over ham; heat at medium-high1 minute.
