Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Parsley 50 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoon)
  Capers 15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Coarse breadcrumbs 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salad oil 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)
Directions

Place in a bowl the onion, parsley, capers, garlic and breadcrumbs.
Mash together until well blended.
Add the oil and lemon juice gradually, stirring all the time until well blended.
Salt and pepper to taste.
