|Onion||1 Small, grated|
|Parsley||50 Milliliter, chopped (3 Tablespoon)|
|Capers||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Coarse breadcrumbs||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Salad oil||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)|
Place in a bowl the onion, parsley, capers, garlic and breadcrumbs.
Mash together until well blended.
Add the oil and lemon juice gradually, stirring all the time until well blended.
Salt and pepper to taste.
