  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid barbecue smoke 2 Teaspoon
  Kitchen bouquet 2 Teaspoon
  Key lime juice 1 Teaspoon (Nellie And Joe's)
  Fresh ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix together all ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least one hour so that all the flavors can meld.
