|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Gold medal flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (regular or Wondra)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , diced|
Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in milk.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 min.
Carefully stir in eggs; heat.
Season to taste.
