  Caramel candies 1⁄2 Pound (28 nos.)
  Half and half/Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine ingredients in 2-cup measure or small bowl.
Microwave at High 2 to 4 minutes, or until melted, stirring every minute.
Serve warm or cold.
