Low Fat Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Evaporated skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In small saucepan mix sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Add milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm or cool. Refrigerate any remaining sauce.
