Fish Fillets with Green Sauce
|Chopped watercress||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Bottled lemon lime carbonated beverage||7 Ounce|
|Cod fillets/Ocean perch fillets /haddock fillets /sole fillets||1 1⁄2 Pound (fresh or thawed, frozen)|
About 20 minutes bejore serving: Mix watercress, parsley and chives; add 1/4 cup of mixture to mayonnaise; place in serving bowl; refrigerate.
In skillet, combine remaining greens, pepper and lemon-lime soda; bring to boil.
Add fillets; cover; simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Remove fillets to heated platter; serve with mayonnaise sauce.
