Fish Fillets With Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped watercress 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled lemon lime carbonated beverage 7 Ounce
  Cod fillets/Ocean perch fillets /haddock fillets /sole fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound (fresh or thawed, frozen)
Directions

About 20 minutes bejore serving: Mix watercress, parsley and chives; add 1/4 cup of mixture to mayonnaise; place in serving bowl; refrigerate.
In skillet, combine remaining greens, pepper and lemon-lime soda; bring to boil.
Add fillets; cover; simmer 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Remove fillets to heated platter; serve with mayonnaise sauce.
