|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 stick)|
|Sifted 10x confectioners powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||2 Teaspoon|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Melt chocolate pieces with butter or margarine in top of a double boiler over simmering water.
2. Stir in sugar, corn syrup, instant coffee, salt, hot water and vanilla until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Cool. Serve at room temperature.
