Chipotle Bbq Sauce
|Chili sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (ketchup style)|
|Molasses||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dark brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper flakes||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Anaheim chili||1⁄2 , in 1 inch cubes (fresh)|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄4 , in 1 inch cubes|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Combine 112 cup water with all ingredients in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
Remove sauce from heat and strain, pressing through as much of the sauce as possible; discard the solids.
