Cubed Ham with Horseradish Sauce
|Cooked ham||1 Pound|
|Cocktail dill pickles||10 Small|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Horseradish||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as per taste)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1. Cut ham into about 20 cubes, cutting away rind as you go. Place tooth pick into each cube or simply provide a decorative container of tooth picks.
2. Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard until smooth. Place in a small decorative bowl in center of serving platter.
3. Arrange ham, pickles and cherry peppers on platter. Serve.
