Cubed Ham With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Cooked ham 1 Pound
  Cocktail dill pickles 10 Small
  Cherry peppers 10
For sauce
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as per taste)
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cut ham into about 20 cubes, cutting away rind as you go. Place tooth pick into each cube or simply provide a decorative container of tooth picks.
2. Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard until smooth. Place in a small decorative bowl in center of serving platter.
3. Arrange ham, pickles and cherry peppers on platter. Serve.
