Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Vinegar 60 Milliliter
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon (1 bunch, raw)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste (10 gram)
Directions

1. Wash mint. Sprinkle a little sugar over the mint and chop finely.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with roast lamb. If liked it can be; served with cold ham or bacon.
