Fries in Red Spicy Sauce

|Lamb fries||2 Pound, cut into halves (Slit, Soaked, Peeled, Parboiled)|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a skillet, melt the butter.
Add the fries and brown them quickly over high heat.
Reduce the heat, add the remaining ingredients and, stirring often, cook until the fries are tender 15 to 20 minutes.
