Ingredients
  Lamb fries 2 Pound, cut into halves (Slit, Soaked, Peeled, Parboiled)
  Butter 7 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a skillet, melt the butter.
Add the fries and brown them quickly over high heat.
Reduce the heat, add the remaining ingredients and, stirring often, cook until the fries are tender 15 to 20 minutes.
