Tuna Patties With Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Tuna 9 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Whole cranberry sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Combine one of the eggs, milk, soft bread crumbs, green onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in tuna.
Form into 6 pat ties, 3/4 inch thick.
Beat together second egg and water.
Dip patties in egg, then in dry bread crumbs.
In skillet brown the patties over medium heat in hot oil, about 5 minutes.(Electric skillet 350°.)
At serving time, spoon cranberry sauce over each patty.
