Short Ribs with Barbecue Sauce

|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Celery stalks||2 , sliced|
|Catsup||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
In oblong baking dish, arrange ribs, onion and celery.
Heat, covered, 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
Cover with plastic wrap; set Power Select at LOW.
Heat 55 to 60 minutes or until ribs are tender.
Baste ribs occasionally with sauce, rearranging halfway through cooking time.
