Remoulade Sauce Mayonnaise Base

Ingredients
  Tart mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Finely chopped fresh tarragon/1 teaspoon dried tarragon 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , finely chopped
  Prepared dijon mustard/Dusseldorf mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients well and let stand one to two hours before serving.
