Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 1/2 Squares)
  Liquid nonfat dry milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Liquid sweetener 4 Teaspoon (Cyclamate Type)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract/Almond / peppermint extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat chocolate and 1 1/2 cups of the milk in top part of double boiler over hot water.
When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary beater.
Add liquid sweetener and salt.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour to make a smooth paste.
Stir into chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring.
Beat in butter and flavoring.
