Low Calorie Chocolate Sauce
|Unsweetened chocolate||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 1/2 Squares)|
|Liquid nonfat dry milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Liquid sweetener||4 Teaspoon (Cyclamate Type)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract/Almond / peppermint extract||1 Teaspoon|
Heat chocolate and 1 1/2 cups of the milk in top part of double boiler over hot water.
When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary beater.
Add liquid sweetener and salt.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour to make a smooth paste.
Stir into chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring.
Beat in butter and flavoring.
