Dessert Sauce

Ingredients
  Regular lemon pudding mix 3 Ounce
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In a 4-cup glass measure, stir together pudding mix, sugar, lemon peel and nutmeg.
Gradually stir in water, then milk.
Microwave 2 minutes; mixture will appear curdled.
Stir, then microwave 3 1/2 minutes more, stirring well after each minute.
Mix in brandy.
Serve over pound cake, fruit or angel food cake.
