Pasta With Herb Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Fettuccelle/Spaghetti 1 Pound
  Parsley leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ricotta cheese/Creamed cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, combine the parsley, basil and garlic in a mortar. With a pestle pound them into a paste. Gradually work in the olive oil and cheese and season to taste with cayenne. Or blend ingredients in an electric blender.
3. Add the sauce to the cooked, drained pasta and gently mix in.
