Ingredients
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dried sweet basil leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tamari 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced onions 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped fresh rosemary leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Diced red bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green bell peppers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Finely diced seeded anaheim peppers 14 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Diced seeded poblano peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Diced seeded serrano peppers 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the 5 dry ingredients in a bowl, add the balsamic vinegar and tamari, and stir until well blended.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended.
