Orange Sauce For Pork

Ingredients
  Oranges 3
  Green chilies 3 Small, seeded and finely chopped
  Water/White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Leaf oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crumbled
Directions

Squeeze the juice from the oranges into a small bowl; use a sharp-edged spoon to remove the pulp and add to the juice.
Add the chilies, water or wine, vinegar, sugar, salt and oregano, blending well.
Let the sauce stand for 1 hour.
