Orange Sauce For Pork
|Green chilies||3 Small, seeded and finely chopped|
|Water/White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Leaf oregano||1⁄8 Teaspoon, crumbled|
Squeeze the juice from the oranges into a small bowl; use a sharp-edged spoon to remove the pulp and add to the juice.
Add the chilies, water or wine, vinegar, sugar, salt and oregano, blending well.
Let the sauce stand for 1 hour.
