Lime Butter Sauce
|Butter||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, At Room Temperature)|
|Grated lime zest||1 Teaspoon|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Thin lime slices||3|
In a small bowl, beat butter, lime zest, and lime juice until fluffy.
Cover and let stand for up to 30 minutes.
To serve, top each steak with a pat of the butter mixture.
Garnish with lime slices and parsley.
