Bananas Royale With Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
  Firm ripe bananas 4 (Unpeeled)
  Whipped cream 2 Tablespoon
For chocolate sauce
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Light / Heavy)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Semi-sweet chocolate 4 Ounce, finely chopped
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pierce the bananas in 4 places.
Rotate in the Deep Basket for 15 to 20 minutes or until very soft when pierced.
Carefully peel and place on serving plates.
Top with Chocolate Sauce and whipped cream.
To make sauce, heat the cream, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate.
Let stand for a minute and whisk until smooth.
Stir in the vanilla.
