Meat Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Salt pork 2 Ounce
  Ground beef chuck 1 Pound
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, quartered
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled
  Canned tomato sauce 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dice pork and fry to get out all fat.
Discard cracklings.
Add beef and garlic; brown well.
Add wine and cook 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer gently 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Enough for 1 pound of pasta.
