Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon, powdered
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In 1 1/2-qt casserole, beat egg with milk.
Stir in cornstarch, horseradish, vinegar, and sugar.
Microwave at High (10) for 4 to 5 Minutes.
Stir in butter.
Serve with roast beef sandwiches.
