Green Goddess Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Anchovies 3 , chopped
  Cut chives/Green onions with tops 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Blend all the ingredients except the sour cream.
Fold in the sour cream.
Serve with chilled cooked fish.
