Horseradish Sauce Cold

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Single cream 1⁄4 Pint
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon, grated
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all seasonings with the cream and whip slightly.
Add the horseradish and the vinegar.
