Salmon Steaks and Caper Sauce
|Salmon steak||16 Ounce (2 Steaks, Each About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Reconstituted natural butter flavored mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, rinsed and drained|
|Snipped parsley||2 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Arrange salmon steaks on roasting rack with thickest portions toward outside of rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rotating rack once or twice.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 1-cup measure, combine all caper sauce ingredients.
Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until warm.
Serve sauce over salmon.
