Salmon Steaks And Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  Salmon steak 16 Ounce (2 Steaks, Each About 1 Inch Thick)
  Reconstituted natural butter flavored mix 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, rinsed and drained
  Snipped parsley 2 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange salmon steaks on roasting rack with thickest portions toward outside of rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 7 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork, rotating rack once or twice.
Let stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
In 1-cup measure, combine all caper sauce ingredients.
Microwave at High for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until warm.
Serve sauce over salmon.
