Quick Mustard Sauce
|Cider vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Light brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), firmly packed|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Beat eggs slightly, and mix with remaining ingredients in medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until just thickened.
2. Serve with Corned Beef and Cabbage.
