Ham Steak With Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Currant jelly 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1 Dash
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ham steak 1 Pound (1 Inch Thick)
Directions

Set Power Select at HIGH.
In glass bowl, combine water, raisins, jelly, orange peel and allspice.
Heat 3 to 4 minutes; stirring once.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Stir in cornstarch blended with orange juice and heat 1 minute or until sauce is thickened, stirring once.
Place ham in obloing baking dish.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
TO HEAT BY TIME Set Power Select at MEDIUM for 12 minutes.
Halfway through heating time turn ham over.
Pour raisin sauce over ham; continue heating.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Heat on COOK 5.
After time appears in display window turn ham over.
Pour raisin sauce over ham; continue heating.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
