Fresh Lingonberry Sauce
|Lingonberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Wash and pick over the lingonberries, removing the stems, leaves and spoiled fruit.
2. Place the water and sugar in a saucepan over high heat and bring quickly to a boil. Boil the sugar syrup about thirty seconds, then add the berries. Reduce The heat and simmer gently fifteen to twenty minutes.
